Condiciones de licencia de GoDrona GCS

GoDrona GCS is licensed, not sold. This page summarises the main terms of the GoDrona GCS licence. The full End User Licence Agreement supplied with your licence key, or your signed OEM agreement, governs your use of the software.

Licence grant

Casca E-Connect Private Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use GoDrona GCS on the number of ground stations and airframes stated on your licence or invoice, for the licence term purchased.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not remove or bypass licence keys, firmware tamper protection or other security features.
• Do not rent, sub-license or distribute the software unless you hold an OEM agreement that permits it.

Safe and lawful operation

You are responsible for operating drones in accordance with the Drone Rules, 2021, DGCA requirements, airspace restrictions and any other applicable law, and for qualified pilots, airworthy aircraft and appropriate insurance.

Updates and support

Updates and technical support are provided during the licence or support term. OEMs may distribute updates to their customers as agreed in the OEM agreement.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that the software will perform substantially as documented for 90 days from delivery. Our liability is limited to the licence fee paid for the affected licence, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Termination

The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the software.
